*There will be a $100US fee for all NSF and/or cancelled checks.
*This deposit will be refunded to you after successful completion of the program (approximately 8 weeks after the end of the trip). The deposit will be returned in the same form it was received.
*Your spot on the program will not be secured without receipt of the deposit. However, sending in a deposit does not necessarily guarantee that you will travel. You will be notified by e-mail/phone once we are able to assign you a seat. If a seat opens up after the cancellation date, we will contact you by phone before we ticket you. Until you receive an e-mail or phone call letting you know your departure date, you have not been assigned a seat.
*Cancellations must be made according to the cancellation date list below, in order to receive your deposit back.
*All cancellations must be made in writing and mailed to the above address or e-mailed to sandy@secjerusalem.org and received in advance before the following cancellation dates:

June – April 14 9:00 am EST
July – May 12 9:00 am EST

Your deposit will NOT be refunded if you cancel after the above dates.
